]]>CityWheels members can reserve a fuel-efficient hybrid vehicle online or by phone, use an electronic key to open the car door, use the car to go to an appointment or run errands, then return the car at the end of the reservation period. A single, hourly fee covers the gas, insurance, maintenance, parking, and 24-hour emergency road service. Membership is open to anyone 21 years of age and over with a safe driving record.
