Shaker Square Area Development Corp.'s Service Area

constitutes a one square mile area in the City of Cleveland, bordered by Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights. It is home to 11,000 residents, many of whom live in the 4000 apartment/ condominium units. There are also 1500 one- and two-family homes. The area consists of the Shaker Square/Ludlow Historic District and the Larchmere neighborhood.
